The Executive Coach to accelerate your self-leadership development

Identifying your blocks, shifting your shit (that unconsciously holds you back)…..so that you finally feel as confident and certain on the inside as you appear to the outside world.

What you'd really love is for someone to just wave a magic wand so that you feel more confident when you're talking to the big bosses.

Except just telling yourself to do 'just do it' doesn't work! (and you'd know, you've spent enough times testing out the perfect affirmation)

You know you're bloody good at what you do.

But on the inside you're overthinking every big meeting, doubting decisions, making sure everything is perfect, saying yes to things you don’t want to do (oh hi there burnout) and acting all masculine and assertive to show your confidence and power (cos that's what the patriarchy says works, amma right?)...

...and yet…..it just doesn’t feel like….well, you.

You’re tired of it all.

You want to show up to work in a way that feels more authentic, be bold in your decisions and finally start feeling more confident and certain from the inside.

(slides into the room)

That's where I can help.

Have we met?

Hey, I’m Jen, an Executive Coach who wants women in the world to KICK ASS.

Ever since my first coaching session in my early 20’s, I’ve been wildly into self-development, but it wasn’t until I discovered somatic coaching that I started to see HUGE shifts in how authentic, confident and certain I felt.

Now, I’m passionate about empowering women to tap into the wisdom of their body (aka soma) so that they lead with more confidence, authenticity, clarity and certainty and make the most of their seat at the table.

“Working with Jen was an amazing experience, I was lucky enough to have one to one sessions with her that Jen tailored for my specific needs. I really enjoyed her relaxed style, it made me feel comfortable to open up about personal issues. After completing the program and sessions with Jen I now feel a lot more confident in my job and have a more positive outlook on life in general.”
