Your mind knows you're capable. Your body just hasn't caught up yet.
You've done the mindset work. You've read the books. You know your own patterns better than most people know theirs.
And still…
In the big meetings, the hard conversations, the times where you need to hold your ground - something tightens, something races, and you watch yourself hand the floor to the person who's more certain than you.
Not always more right. Just more certain.
You've replayed it at 3am. You've drafted the email and second-guessed your communication style before sending it. You've sat in the room calculating every possible way a sentence could land before deciding to say nothing.
You come home depleted - not from the work itself, but from the effort of managing yourself through it. The low hum of being on. The way you're still mentally in it at 8pm.
You're not lacking capability. Your nervous system just hasn't caught up to your ambition.
Pressure is part of the job - self-doubt doesn’t have to be.
You don't need another framework. It's time to work on the layer underneath.
Most coaching, most leadership training, most self-development content works at the thinking layer. Mindset. Reframing. Strategy. Understanding the pattern.
All super useful. But we need to include the body to create lasting change.
Because here's the thing you've probably already figured out: you can understand a pattern completely and still repeat it. You've seen it. You can describe it in detail. You walk into the next meeting and do it anyway.
Understanding isn't change. Insight is not the same as being able to act differently in the moment.
The body is where patterns actually live.
Not in the story you tell about them - in the specific way your chest tightens before a particular conversation, the way your voice changes when you're being challenged, the way your system braces before you've consciously registered why.
That's the layer this work gets to.
“Working with Jen was an amazing experience, I had one to one sessions with her that Jen tailored for my specific needs. I really enjoyed her relaxed style, it made me feel comfortable to open up about personal issues. After completing the program and sessions with Jen I now feel a lot more confident in my job and have a more positive outlook on life in general.”

Hey, I’m Jen,
I'm an ICF-trained Executive Somatic Coach, who’s been involved in sport and male-dominated industries for years - as an athlete, a coach, in governance, in operations - someone who has sat in the kinds of rooms you navigate.
Helping women like you access confidence and self-belief under pressure.
If you’re done knowing what to do but not being able to access it…
Let’s work on the layer underneath.
