Here’s how this party will go:
Step 1: Pre-Process Party Questionnaire
Think of this step as what you have to do to get into a nightclub.
You gotta provide ID and not be a hot mess to get through the door to the party that awaits. It's the same for when you work with me babe 🤣 I'll send you a form to complete where you need to outline the steps in your process for each of your offers (every offer is a different process, guaranteed!).
Once you've done this, you're heading full tilt into the party, drinks are on me.
Step 2: Process Party
You've completed the pre-party questionnaire so the bouncer is going to pull that velvet rope thing to the side and let you in. I'll send you a scheduler to book in a date and time for your Process Party.
This is the most important part as without this foundation, the poop will hit the nightclub fan and no-one wants poop on their party dress.
In this zoom session we will dive deep into your discovery, onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure we craft a five star experience for your clients. The finely tuned processes we have honed during this process party will be signed off so I can build them into Dubsado.
Step 3: Content Conga
We are now dancing in a conga line with great excitement about what we're building together. After the Process Party, I'll let you know the content I need from you - I'm talking contracts, questionnaires, forms etc, which will be the foundation for your magic Dubsado system and your client experience.
I'll provide you with copy for a lot of the email templates, but you'll need to give me anything specific that relates to your service. Once you have provided all the content to me, you are able to book in your Set-up Call so I can start building everything up in Dubsado.
Step 4: Set-up for Success Call
It's 2am, I'm propping you up at the bar before taking you to the loo, fixing your face and telling you to get yourself back out there as all you need to do is dance, I've got the rest covered.
We'll have a quick call to start the set-up of your magic Dubsado system and then everything that was signed off after the Process Party will be built for you in Dubsado. I'll need you on hand over the next couple of days to answer general questions so you can't leave the club with that hottie just yet.
Step 5: Last Orders
The party is coming to an end.....but there's no hangovers here as all I'm getting you is a pint of water.
You’ll get sight of your first process in action and get you to have a look around it, check out how it works and get familiar with the system.
To make the most of your investment, make sure you ask me loads of questions!

Step 6: Taxi!
Get your coat, you've pulled yourself a system called Dubsado.
During this taxi-ride, I'll introduce you to your new magic Dubsado system, show you how to work it to carry out your client experience which will all be recorded for you to refer back to.
After a nightcap you'll get a vault of quick 'How-To' tutorial videos. Once you've completed these tutorials, you get access to 14 days Slack support for any bug fixes.
