I knew Dubsado was something I wanted from various conversations with other business owners who raved about how much time it saved, and how much easier it was to manage than sending out individual emails, invoices, receipts, questionnaires and so on. But, as soon as I looked into it, I could see that setting it up was not for the fainthearted.

Jenni has set everything up for me, and, even more importantly, taught me step by step how to do it myself. She is endlessly patient (she needs to be with me and this kind of thing!) and nothing is too much trouble.
