Objectives

To increase the self-worth of five female employees so that they see value in themselves and the brand and have more confidence when negotiating and selling.

Summary Results

There was a hugely positive increase in the employees value of self and how successful they felt. This directly correlated to huge improvements in the area of setting goals and taking action which saw feedback that they felt more confident and had more self-belief when it came to selling and negotiating.
