Executive Somatic Coaching Programme for
High Potential Female Talent & Women Leaders

Lots of incredibly talented female employees and women leaders are feeling the crippling effects of self doubt and imposter syndrome, letting their bodily reactions to challenging situations affect their performance.


When their body leads, for example, with a racing heart, tightness in their throat, flushed face or a hollow pit of anxiety their stomach, they move to unconscious survival strategies which can:

  • make them less productive as they are plagued by overthinking and perfectionism;

  • make them less likely to speak up and contribute their unique views/ideas in important meetings or conversations;

  • struggle to voice opinions to ‘higher uppers’;

They may be performing well, but they know deep down they can be so much greater. Example Programme Delivery


The Assured Leader programme is tailored to the needs of the organisation taking into account budget and the number 1:1 sessions needed and includes:

  • 1:1 coaching & education sessions + voice note + chat support

  • Positive Intelligence®️ app + assessment & profile (so that the programme is tailored to employees specific profile), all exercises (3 x 2 min each per day Tues - Fri), journal prompts, progress charts, online learning videos and audio book with everything available on desktop if needed.

Why Use a Somatic (Body-Oriented) Approach to Development?

We have all been on courses where we are told ‘this is how you do it’ and yet it’s difficult to think our way into a change. We can continue to develop employees in the way we have always done so - providing models and theories into the rational brain. We can want to do something, know that we should do it and then get lost in hesitating, overthinking, procrastination and eventually see no change in behaviour because something is holding us back on a cellular level.

A somatic approach recognises that the mind and body are interconnected and supports the place of learning where we can do something different, consistently and when under pressure.

As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited Executive Coach and Positive Intelligence®️ Coach who specialises in working with women, I have a unique insight into how lived experience, conditioning, unconscious beliefs, and nervous system dysregulation can hold women back from feeling inner confident, assured, resilient and achieving their full potential. My approach is to include a balance of education, coaching and reflection so that minds are blown when they learn that what they think about the world and what is true for them is stored within their own bodies and they can unlock ways of feeling more assured that are uniquely right for them.
